Night Hike in the Snow

Scouts from Nailsworth ventured out to enjoy a hike through the snow at night (6 Feb '09).  Hiking along public footpaths and bridleways the group walked over snow covered fields and through woodland from Nailsworth to Avening (and back).  The clear sky and full moon added beauty of the landscape with the lights from farms, villages and of Nailsworth itself nestled in valleys below.
